She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Wright and Lonnie Wright (Wallace); her husband Anthony "Tony"; her son John Bartley; her brother Jim Wright; and her stepfather Woody Litton.

She is survived by: her son Steven Bartley (Debbie); her daughter-in-law Pamela Bartley (Anderson); and her grandchildren, Heidi Bartley-Lehrke (Hanz), Wendy Bartley-Smith, Dana Henderson, Angela Winterle (Bret), Melissa Bartley-McElroy and Ryan Bartley (Christine). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Foundation.

“Deepest sympathy to Judy’s family. She was such a sweet lady. I lived across the street from her and Tony in Springfield, MO. She was always so kind to our little girl, Emily. I wanted to send a Christmas card to her and couldn’t locate her address. I hadn’t heard from for awhile and wondered about her. This is how I found out about her passing. I will miss hearing about much she loved her family and her laugh. May she rest in the loving hands of God. .”
