She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Merdink and Helen Merdink (Klopp); and her siblings, Janice and David. She is survived by: her children, Annissa Ulbrich (Gary Manhart) and Stephen Ulbrich (Lisa); her grandchildren, Kylie, Kelsey, Samuel and Lacey; and her brother Johnny Merdink (Diana). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and a great-niece.
