With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kevin D. O'Connor of Hastings, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice O'Connor and Mary Jane O'Connor (Weber); his siblings, Michael, Dennis, Thomas O'Connor, Marilyn Weber and Maureen O'Connor; and his siblings-in-law, Karen O'Connor, Mary O'Connor, Bruce Waters, Barry Waters, Terry Waters and Darlene Hebert.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Waters; his daughters, Mary Billerbeck (Craig) and Michelle Fischer (Brent); his grandchildren, Ryan, Hope, Noah, Benjamin and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Jay and Lydia; his sisters, Ann Buller, Sr. (Earl), Susan O'Connor, Peggy Mott (Rick) and Cate O'Connor; his siblings-in-law, Joyce Overton, Dick Weber and James Hebert; and his pet Grace. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service South Street. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (650 Stephan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701).
