She was predeceased by: her father George Nelson. She is survived by: her mother Mary Nelson (Fox); her daughter Dr. Samantha "Sami" Kopf (Anthony Lee); her husband Anthony Lee Apple; and her brothers, Steve, Paul and Jim Nelson. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
