He is survived by : his wife Joanne Penor; his children, Randy Cobian (Susan), Ron Cobian (Terri) and Renee Lucking (Tom); his daughter-in-law Jaci Cobian; his grandchildren, Vanessa (Jason), Shelby (Michael), Ryan (Kate), Rachel (Ethan), Garrett (Kayla), Natalie (Tyler), Leslie and Jacob; his stepgrandchildren, Mallory (Mark) and Stephen; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Elaina, Davis, Joey, Nathan, Brooks, Ricki, Thomas, Piper, Banks and Drew; his sister Shirley Hei; and his brother-in-law Dr. Robert Penor M. D.. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
