He was predeceased by: his father Dallas Jensen; his sister Angie Carrier; and his stepfather Dave Conrad. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Jensen; his son Tyler Jensen; his brother-in-law Tim Carrier; his niece Amber Carrier; his nephew Adam Carrier; and his friend Jana Guillot.
