She was predeceased by: her parent Vid Sava Chubrilo; her siblings, Beulah Milatovich and Victor Chubrilo; her husbands, James Lewis and John Vujovich; and her son Gerald Lewis.
She is survived by: her son James Lewis (Gregg) of Birmingham, Michigan; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Lewis of St. Paul. She is also survived by three grandchildren as well as three great-grandchildren.
