She is survived by: her children, Chuck Smida (Mary Lee Bertram), Richard Smida and Lynn Otto (Steve); her grandchildren, Amy Jo Westrum (Jason), Andrea Thomas (Colin), April Gadea, Alissa Stoffel (Jim), Kathryn Duvernay (Guy), Karisa Wik, Kyle Smida (Ann), Nate Otto (Jenna), Vanessa Horsch (Josh) and Andy Otto (Katie); and her siblings, Conrad Langan, Sandy Anderson (Mark) and Becky Chlopek (Mike). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
