He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his children, Sue Bohlken, Sandy Hays (Kevin), Mary Ritter (Mitch), John Herrmann (Shelley), Ann Vorwald (Dan) and Jim Herrmann (Brenda). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
