He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Kindra Thomas (Toby) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Matthew Otto (Pam) of Agoura Hills, California; his grandchildren, Jacob, Zachary, Connor, Caven, Spencer and Kate; and his siblings, MaryAnn Anderson and Terry Otto (Deb). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
