He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Greene and Rose Greene (Gense); his wife Irma "Casey" Peine; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Easton and Ron Kautz.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa, Pamela, Thomas, Bradley (Jeanie) and Jeffrey; his sisters, Jackie Easton and Sandra Kautz; and his caregiver McKay Danielson. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St Mary's Catholic Church in New Trier.
