He was predeceased by : his father Leon E. Endres; and his grandparents, Joseph, Anne Endres, William and LuVerna Mies.
He is survived by : his daughter Kelsie Jo Craig (Anthony); his mother Patricia Endres (Mies); his siblings, Thomas "Tom" Endres (Anita), Debra "Debbie" Olson (Tom), Leon "Lee" Endres (Joan) and Shirley Endres; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Endres (Shelby), Dominic Endres (Ashley), Dylan Olson, Ryan Endres, Nicholas Endres, Ashlyn Endres and Erica Endres. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
Memorials are preferred to the Mayo Clinic Neurology Department in Rochester, MN.
