It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susanna DuShane of Hastings, Minnesota, who passed away on April 10, 2026, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bauer and Anna Bauer (Meier); and her siblings, Tony, Mike, Nick, Matt, Leo, Andy, Margaret, Rosie Becker (Philip) and Helen Peine (John).
She is survived by: her husband Robert F. DuShane; her children, Sharon Young, Jeanne DuShane (Mike Deters), Nancy Keene (Jeff), Mary Maher (Richard), Robert J. (Nancy Schommer) and James R. (Linda Reamer); her sisters, Louise Kimmes (Ernest), Emma Doyle (George) and Tillie Johnson (Gerald); Aaron Young, Erik McBeath, Lee DuShane, Christopher Maher, Nicholas Keene, Jeremy Maher and Ryan Young. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Susie's family requests memorials be made to family's choice in her memory.
