He is survived by: his wife Carol Langseth; his children, Mark Ekre (Pam) of Hawley, Linda McDonald of Bemidji, Carolyn Francois of Hudson and Pauline Winge (David) of Bemidji; and his grandchildren, TJ McDonald (Rachel), Nicole Garding (Tylor), Jared Winge (Catherine), Matthew Winge, Lily Ekre, Carl Ekre and RJ Francois.
