He is survived by: his children, Jan Bieringer of Detroit, John Dalen (Lynne) of Pipestone, Minnesota, Julie Hanson (Steven) of Audubon, Minnesota and Joni Fischenich (David) of Windom, Minnesota.; his wife Delores "Dee" Dalen; and his grandchildren, Leandra VanDe Griend (Jake), Noah Dalen, Erin Santala (Benji), Lauren McGrath (Josh), Sam Fischenich (Kelsey), Sarah Segal (Nate) and Joe Fischenich (Lindsey). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
