He is survived by: his wife Karrie Walters; his sisters, Marie Rikhus (James) and Julie Pfeiffer (Linden); his nieces and nephews, Ryan Rikhus (Chelsea), Austin Rikhus, Katie Rikhus, Aiden Pfeiffer, Elias Pfeiffer and Ollie Pfeiffer (Olivia); and his great-nieces, Norah and Leah.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rollag Lutheran Church (10501 MN-32, Hawley, MN 56549). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the Gran Lutheran Church Cemetery.
