He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Johnson and Esther Johnson (Krogstad) of Hazel Run; his former wife Eleanor Johnson (Ueland); his granddaughter LeeAnn Swalstad; his great grandchild Maddie Johnson; and his brother Floyd Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Arlyss Jacobson; his children, Dean Johnson (Jennifer), DeEtte Swalstad (Clayton), Shawn Hipp (Charlie) and Shannon Johnson (Laurie); his grandchildren, Kirsten Tjosaas, Kenton Johnson (Jessie), Naomi Rowlands (Guy), Mara Desmedt (John), Carl Hipp (Heather), Ryan Hipp (Christen), Tom Johnson (Tracie) and Dan Johnson (Arlene); his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Mason, Carter, Hallie, Rebecca, Tyler, Nathan, Austin, Emily, Keith, LeeAnn, Gabby, Hayden, Skylar, Connor, Amber, Bailey and Lily; his stepsons, Mike Jacobson (Marcia) and Brad Jacobson (Barb); his stepgrandchildren, Michell Craig (Lance), Miranda Rychlinski (Jon), Brett Jacobson (Carolyn) and Barry Jacobson; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Rylee, Carson and Kennedy.
