He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Hoffman and Betty Hoffman (Ranzinger); his wife Marlene Hoffman; his daughter Anna Hoffman; his siblings, Bob Hoffman, Larry Hoffman and Janet Bauer; and his sisters-in-law, Laurie Hoffman and Gail Hoffman.

He is survived by : his daughter Nicholle Hoffman; his siblings, Jim Hoffman (Linda), Tom Hoffman and Deanna Shanahan (John); and his siblings-in-law, Lorie Hoffman and John Bauer. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
