He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hansvick and Helma Hansvick (Rekedal). He is survived by: his spouse LaJoy Kruse; his daughter Penny Swanson of Jordan, MN; his granddaughters, Sonja and Elsa Swanson; his sister Jean Pladson of Fargo; Craig Swanson.
