He was predeceased by: his sister Lucy Kate; his grandparents, Jerry, Lucille Taylor, Neil Johnson, Gloria Johnson and Janetta Johnson; his uncle John Taylor; his aunt Vicky Cummings; and his cousin Christine Taylor.
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Johnson and Kate Johnson (Taylor); his wife Brittany Engesmoe; his children, Olivia Lynn and Gavin Neil; his in-laws, Paul and Lori Engesmoe; his sisters, Sara Weber (Jack) and Elizabeth Paulsen (John); his brothers-in-law, Kristopher Engesmoe and Tyler Engesmoe (Brittany); and his siblings' children, Eden, Isaac Weber, George Paulsen, Raelyn and Jax Engesmoe.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
