He is survived by: his grandson Shane McGaffey; his great grandchild Luna Marie Koep; his wife Mary Jane; his children, Randy Koep of Braham, MN, Jodi (Don McGaffey) and Greg Koep (Anita) of Oak Grove, MN.; his grandchildren, Brandis Koep, John Koep, Dominique Koep, Taylor Koep (Danae), Patrick McGaffey (Ashley), Christian McGaffey (Morgan) and Maki Koep (Sam); and his sister-in-law Evenlyn Kiffmeyer of Mentor, OH.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Edward's Catholic Church ~ Henning (201 Douglas Ave, Henning, MN 56551). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the St. Edward's Catholic Church Cemetery ~ Henning (101 Douglas Ave, Henning, MN 56551).
