He is survived by: his wife Marlene Van Horn of Donnelly, MN; his children, Clay Van Horn (Sheri) of Cyrus, MN, Corey Van Horn (Kelly) of Morris, MN, Lisa Hennessy (Joshua) of Alberta, MN and LeAnn Honzay (Benjamin) of Appleton, MN; his half-siblings, Fay Young of Woonsocket, SD, Ruthann Van Horn of Mankato, MN, Cole Van Horn of Montgomery, MN and Calvin Van Horn of Morris, MN; and his daughters-in-law, Cameo Van Horn of Renville, MN and Elizabeth Kieffer of Morris, MN. He is also survived by three step children and four step grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
