She was predeceased by: her parents, Helmer Ruth and Helen Ruth; her husband Larry Huttel; her son Duane Huttel; and her sister Sharon Verjosky.
She is survived by: her sisters, Karen Briesemeister and Debbie Mazzocco (Frank); her children, Kathy Johnson (Rick) of Fredenberg, Connie Richardson (Paul) of Redlands and Dave Huttel (Terri) of Fredenberg; her daughter-in-law Julie Huttel of Hermantown; her grandchildren, Matt Johnson (Alyssa), Ben Johnson (Erin), Chad Huttel (Kaitlin), Laura Raney (Zachary) and Grant Huttel (Alyssa); and her great grandchildren, Hallie, Olivia, Avery, Oscar, Jane, Harper, Henry, Hattie, Emmett, Miles, Emersyn and Scarlett.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (5454 Miller Trunk Hwy, Hermantown, MN 55811). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
If so desired and in lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Luke's Foundation 1000 East 1st Street Duluth, MN 55805 or to Grace Lutheran Church.
