He is survived by: his wife Judie; his children, Kelly Smith (Bob), Tim (Ann) and Troy (Sam); and his sister Margaret Ripley. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (5692 Maple Grove Rd, Hermantown, MN 55811). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
