She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Angell and Catherine Angell; her husband Roger Wagner; her sister Joyce Dodd (Richard) of Duluth; and her son-in-law Dean of Duluth.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Bloomquist (Dean) of Duluth, David (Shari) of Laurel, Bruce (Shelley) of Menomonie, Steven (Gloria) of Hermantown and Lorie Bauer (Doug) of Brighton, Colorado; and her grandchildren, Sarah Nickel (Jason) of Andover, Katie Lunke (Jeremy) of Rosemount, Karl Wagner (Danielle Rhodes) of Duluth and Hollie Nielsen (Anthony) of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
