It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Arthur Olson (Hermantown, Minnesota), born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Michelle "Micki" Kathleen Olson and Donald Welsand; his sister Amber Bayly; his grandmother Ann B. Olson; his aunts, Heather Olson and Mara Spaeth (Joel); his uncle Erin Olson; and his cousins, Danika Vargas (Nathan), Danny Spaeth, Hope Spaeth and Ellie Spaeth.

After earning his certification, COVID sent him back to the Duluth area where he worked in restaurants and a local gas station.
