He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Sharon Haavisto (Frank Germ), Carol Zabloski (Mike), Brian Haavisto (Kelly) and James Haavisto (Won); and his pet Mia. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
