He was predeceased by: his mother Candy R. Broten (Buchwitz); and his grandparents, Harold Jr., Annette Buchwitz, Donald E. and Janet C. Broten.
He is survived by: his father Dale R. Broten of Hibbing, MN; his sister Ashley Fish (Sam) of Virginia, MN; his close friend Shelby Broker; and his niece Violet Fish. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
