He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Widing (Fritz) and Maxine Widing (Bishop); his brother Terry; his niece Shannon; and his great grandchild Xóchitl Widing.
He is survived by: his children, Terry (Fabiola), Matthew (Michelle) of Plymouth, Benjamin of Hill City and Baily Widing of Elk River; his sister Sandy Rasmusson of Hill City; and his close friend Kathie Moran of Bovey. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and his companion.
