With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Peter Weiss of Hillman, Minnesota, who passed away on December 10, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Weiss and Florence Weiss (Hoffman); his son Louis Marvin; his brother Virgil Weiss; his parents-in-law, Fredrick and Bernice Peterson; and his brother-in-law Ernie Blackstad.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Jeffrey Weiss (Kirsten) of Shoreview, MN, Jason Weiss (Andrea) of Cape Elizabeth, ME and Angela Schlede (Randy) of Rosemount, MN; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Andrew, Elsa, Virginia, Luke, Vollie and Abigail; his siblings, Marlene Klein (David), Jerry Weiss (Kathy) and David Weiss; his sister-in-law Doris Weiss; his in-laws, Jerry and Luella Peterson; his sister-in-law Karen Blackstad; and his goddaughter Kristi McGrath. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emblom Brenny Funeral Service (900 1st St SE, Little Falls, MN 56345). A burial will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery (15550 MN-115, Little Falls, MN 56345).
