He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rinkel and Mercedes Rinkel (Beumer); his siblings, Carole Ham, Marlys McDonald and Vern; and his stepbrothers, Jim Thorn, Lyle Keehr and Don Ham.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann of Hillman; his children, Ralph, Gwen Rinkel, Lloyd, Janice Blazey (Matt) of West Chester, PA. and Mark (Chantel) of Princeville, IL; and his siblings, Joyce Keehr, Ginny Thorn, Gladys Thompson and Carl of Hillman. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
