He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Johnson and Olga Johnson (Endreson); his former wife Marian Watry; his daughter LaVonne Johnson; his son-in-law Jon Estenson; and his siblings, Kenneth, T. Robert, Edwin (Aldeen), Roger, Luther and Helen Luetgers (Bud).
He is survived by: his wife Kris Johnson (Ball); his children, Steven Johnson (Roberta) of Barrett, MN, Linda Estenson of Alexandria, MN, Virginia Sakanai (George) of Colorado City, CO and Duane Johnson (Nancy) of Los Angeles, CA; his sisters-in-law, Leota Johnson and Beverly Johnson; his grandchildren, Timothy Johnson (Sarah), Daniel Johnson (Emily), Sarah Franco (Hector), Rebecca Brubaker (Jathan), Jeremy Estenson (Laura), Adam Estenson (Natasha), Andrea Estenson, Christian Sakanai (Simone) and Jonathan Sakanai (Katie); and his stepdaughters, Alison Smythe, Swindon, England and Rachel Gill (Keith). He is also survived by 36 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Samaritan's Purse.
