She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lorenz and Malinda Lorenz (Pilger); her husband James "Lumpy" McCabe; her son Michael; her grandson Joshua; and her siblings, Don Lorenz (Helen) and Lorene Schleich (Omer).
She is survived by: her sons, William (Renee) and Daniel (Katie); her grandsons, Ben, Nick and Tucker; and her sister Margaret Cordes (Ron). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Woodland Industries, Caledonia, MN.
