He is survived by: his son Alvin Jr.; his grandchildren, Ariel, Alexandria and Malikai; his daughter Carmelita (Tresh); his grandchildren, Cassie, Mickey and Delta; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Esther and Isaiah; his siblings, Rosalie Peterson (Richard) and Robert Hernandez (Anna); his close friend Janie Jamie; his great-nephew Garrin; and his great-niece Cindy Rae. He is also survived by eight great-grand children.
