He was predeceased by: his parents, Erick Zack and Alice Zack (Mach); and his siblings, Marie Van Guilder (Harold "Curly"), Kenny Zack and Arnie Zack (Jan).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Ronald Zack (Lynne), Linda McCuskey (Russell) and Susan Neubauer (Paul); his grandchildren, Christopher, Amy, Peter, Alyshia, Joseph, Amanda, Katie, Joshua, Jessica, Daniel, Adam and Ellie; and his sisters-in-law, Jorraine Zack and Dar Olson. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
