He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Bruce" Lentz and Elizabeth "Betty" Rolloff Lentz. He is survived by: his sister Rebecca Elizabeth Wittrig (Michael) of Trempealeau, WI; and his nephews, James (Ollie) and Jacob.
