It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane E. Yonga of Hopkins, Minnesota, born in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ralph Matter and Joyce Matter; her close friends, Kathleen Klindt (Al), Russell Matter (Joyce), Jaqueline Vandermay (LeRoy), Regina Hutchison (Kevin), Ralph Matter (Mary), Richard Matter, Roland Matter (Shannon) and Joyce Stone (Jon); her husband Jerry Yonga of Cameroon; her children, Lorice Ekereke (Bassey), Joseph Yonga (Alexandra) and Paul Yonga (Murphy Pickett); and her grandchildren, Danielle Ekereke, Nicole Ekereke, Remy Yonga and Crosby Yonga.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Lay Mission Helpers or the Catholic Relief Services.
