With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Rasmussen (Hopkins, Minnesota), who passed away on October 23, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mary departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary leaves behind.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church of St. Gabriel the Archangel (1310 Mainstreet, Hopkins, MN 55343). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
Can't say enough about the people at Our Lady of Peace, and recommend donating to them in lieu of flowers.
