He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Faith Werlin and Lawrence Bruce Werlin, MD; his sister-in-law Sally Werlin; his in-laws, Molly and Sid Bader; his brother Scott; his sister-in-law Kerry Bader; his sister Kristi Bader; and his brother-in-law Gary Swartz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; his first and second cousins.
