It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sidney Harris of Hopkins, Minnesota, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sidney Harris to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Harris and Bessie Harris; and his brother Howard Harris (Buddy). He is survived by : his wife Arlene; his children, Scott Harris (Andrea) of Wayzata, MN and Karen Harris of St. Louis Park, MN; his grandsons, Sam Harris and Alex Harris; his brothers, Mort Harris (Frima) and Allen Harris (Sandy); and his sister-in-law Phyllis Harris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Temple Israel (2323 Fremont Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55405). A shiva was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor's favorite charity.
