He was predeceased by: his son Justin; his parents, Howard and Opal; and his brothers, Bob and Jim.
He is survived by: his son Jake (Jen); his grandchildren, Kaleb and Kylee; and his wife Beverly Jean Garner. He is also survived by 4 siblings; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations that will be made to a local cause in Bill's honor.
