He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Wynstra (John), Michael Cammack (Diana) and Daniel Cammack (Sachiko); his grandchildren, Danny Cammack (Jessica), Laura Eisenschenk (Mark), David Wynstra, Joshua Wynstra (Abigail), Caleb Wynstra, Seiko Cammack (Marcus), Heimberger, Joseph Cammack (Kennedy), Byers and Mark Cammack; his great grandchildren, Andrew Wynstra, Alessia, Arielle Wynstra, Michael and Amelia Eisenschenk; his sisters, Janice Blackstad (Bob) and Sue Smith; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mark, Scott Blackstad, Julie Conton (Brian), Will, Luke, Ben, Gorham, Kelley Swalling, Amanda, Micah Swalling, Michael (Melissa), Maeve and Miles Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
