He was predeceased by: his father Nick Block; his great-grandparent Marion Erb; his grandparents, Sharon and Cuckoos James; and his cousin Cole Letexier.

He is survived by: his mother Melissa Johnstone (Nicholas); his girlfriend Kylie Ness; his daughter Sophia Block; his grandparents, Donna Johnstone (Luke Hoch) and Ronald Johnstone (Billie); his siblings, Forrest Ravinski, Raya Bennett, Hannah Jones, Nicholas Jones and Kyle Summers; and his niece Sylvia Ravinski. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and "The Fam"—his chosen family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
