It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erik B. Block of Hugo, Minnesota, who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Erik B. Block to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Nick Block; his great-grandparent Marion Erb; his grandparents, Sharon and Cuckoos James; and his cousin Cole Letexier.
He is survived by: his mother Melissa Johnstone (Nicholas); his girlfriend Kylie Ness; his daughter Sophia Block; his grandparents, Donna Johnstone (Luke Hoch) and Ronald Johnstone (Billie); his siblings, Forrest Ravinski, Raya Bennett, Hannah Johns, Nicholas Jones and Kyle Summers; and his niece Sylvia Ravinski. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and "The Fam"—his chosen family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crossroads Church (17445 Notre Dame St NE, Columbus, MN 55025). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
