He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; and his brothers, Leonard and Dennis. He is survived by: his children, Lori Metcalf (Boyd), Jaime and Jon (Trisha); his grandchildren, Tanya Dessner (James), Tara Breitbarth (Kyle), Taylor Metcalf (MacKenzie), Chris Kohler, Kacie Nelson (Kirk) and Cydney Kohler; his great grandchildren, Jayci, Layne, Jack, Isla, Rhet, Dutton, DeEtta, Jonathan, Nora and Joey; and his brother Jerry (Marilyn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Beyond Hospice/The Pillars of Oakdale.
