He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Miron (Butterfield); his daughters, Susan and Elizabeth; his parents, Marcel and Clara; his siblings, Agnes Orthaus, Alfred and James; and his brother-in-law Robert Koening.
He is survived by: his children, Steve (Jennifer), Kimberley Granger (Dan), Richard, Leland (Tammy Rakke), Catherine, Robert and Gordon (Haley Kath); his siblings, George Miron (Patricia), John Miron (Judy), Theresa Koenig, Fran Miron (Mary Ann), Raymond Miron (Margaret) and Gerard Miron (Michelle); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Orthaus (Marilyn) and Joan Miron. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Roberts Family Funeral Home (555 SW Centennial Dr, Forest Lake, MN 55025). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Saint Genevieve - Saint John's (14363 Forest Blvd N, Hugo, MN 55038).
