Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sandra Jean Stephan of Hugo, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 77, on March 19, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Boeckermann and Eugene Boeckermann. She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Thomas Higgs (Silvia) of Stillwater and Lisa Higgs (Tobias Köhler) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Thalia, Isy Köhler, Ash and Talen Higgs; and her stepsons, Ron Stephan (Rebecca) of Culver City and Mark Stephan (Kryss) of Monrovia. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf.
