She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregor Zachman and Susan Zachman (Servaty); her husband William Lehn, Jr.; her granddaughter Katrina Gustafson; and her siblings, Philomena Laky (Paul), Arnold Zachman (Mary Alice), Alfred Zachman and Gilbert Zachman.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Lehn (Gail) of Hutchinson, MN, Debra Gustafson (Tom) of Oak Grove, MN, Rodney Lehn (Chris Chambers) of Shoreview, MN and Rebecca Lehn (Ben Bertz) of Champlin, MN; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Lehn (Bridget), Mackenzie Renneke (Kyle), Nikia Gustafson, Amanda Hawn (Timmy Hanson) and Claire Hawn; her great grandchildren, Zoey Lehn, Raya Lehn and Lucy Hawn; and her sisters-in-law, Audrey Zachman of North St, Rosie Zachman of Albertville, MN and Many. She is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
