He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Gretchen Sylvester and Ethel Jacobson; and his great-grandparent Ella Irgens. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Jacobson and Jill Jacobson (Sylvester); his wife Kim Jacobson of Hutchinson; his children, Skylyn (Hayden), Tuker and Bekett; his brothers, Tony Jacobson (Christina) and Chris Jacobson (Brittany); his parents-in-law, Ron and Jan Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Jeremy Johnson (Leigha) and Niki Mackedanz (Matt); and his nieces and nephews, Ayden, Liam, Owen, Scarlett, Sawyer, Maguire, Dawson and Jayden. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
