He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brittain; his children, Rebecca Sylvester (Charles) of San Francisco, CA, Ian Baum (Morgan) of Hutchinson, MN and Noel Baum of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Lucy Sylvester, Alex Sylvester and Elliott Baum; his sister Kyle Murphy (John) of Bellingham, MA; and his sibling's children, Marliese Rangel, Jenna, Ryan Montgomery, Kristen and Tyler Murphy.
