She is survived by : her children, Terri Lhotka (Gary) of Darwin, MN and Kevin Mathews (Becky) of Hutchinson, MN; her grandchildren, Michele Kummer (Robert) and Jesse Lhotka (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Tate Kummer, Kendra Lhotka and Klaire Lhotka; her brothers, Keith Johnson (Jean) of Grand Forks, ND and Ted Johnson of Emory, TX; and her sisters-in-law, Cheryl Johnson of Tigard, OR, LeAnn Howard (Bill) of Bemidji, MN and Many. She is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
